Emma started dancing at the age of 6 at her local dance school near where she lived in Clevedon, Bristol. She started taking ISTD and RAD dance exams from the age of 7 and completed her exams in Tap and modern dance all the way through from grade 1 to advanced 2, and achieved her Intermediate ballet in ISTD and RAD ballet.

Emma left school and started her teacher training in Bristol at the age of 17, while training she joined a world class Hip Hop team and competed in the USASF/ IASF World Hip Hop championships in America and the team placed 1st and become world champions.

When she was 18 she got a government funded scholarship to attend Bodyworks Dance Company in Cambridge and trained to be a professional dancer for 3 years, training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Commercial and more. She graduated with a Diploma in dance and was awarded by the schools teachers for outstanding ballet dancer of the year.

Emma landed a job with Carnival Cruise Lines and worked has worked for them for the past 4 ½ years working on 5 of their ships and completing 8 contracts cruising from America around the Caribbean and Mexico.

Emma is very excited to be part of the Dance UK team and to work with all the talented children and see what she can bring to the team.
